Details we save

Before creating a free concept, we ask for your email and country or region. Phone is optional and saved with its country code. Product updates are a separate, optional choice. Email addresses and phone numbers are unverified; entering them does not sign you into an account or send a message.

Your private studio

Your browser’s private session links your contact details, ideas, references and generated versions. These records are stored privately in Supabase. Google AI receives the design brief and reference images needed to generate your concept; the generation request does not include your contact profile.

Accounts and payments

Paid checkout is currently closed while account access is prepared. Once enabled, Supabase Auth verifies your email through a sign-in link. Cashfree receives your account email, phone and payment order details to process checkout. We store order references, verified payment status, credit changes and refund records. Card details and UPI PINs are handled by Cashfree and your bank; they are not collected by our forms. Sign-in emails are transactional and separate from optional marketing consent. Resend delivers transactional sign-in emails after sending-domain verification. We do not include your contact profile in AI prompts.

Links and recovery

Discovery calls open a Google Calendar appointment page. Details you enter there are handled by Google and the meeting organiser. A calendar booking does not create a platform account, purchase credits or reserve a tattoo session.

A friend link makes one selected version visible to anyone who has that link for seven days, or until you turn it off. A separate private recovery link opens your studio for 30 days. Keep recovery links to yourself. Expiring a link does not delete its stored images.

Current limits

Feedback is saved privately with your rating, comments and screen width. An optional email is used to follow up only if you agree. Professional availability requests store your email, location, brief and consent. We ask before introducing you to a professional; a request is not a booking. Do not put private medical details in feedback or briefs.

One free generation is available per private guest studio every 24 hours. Cookies can be reset, so this does not establish a verified limit per person. We also limit daily generation attempts across the studio. No advertising or analytics pixels are added by this page.

Retention and control

Automated deletion is not configured yet. Do not upload sensitive images or details that you do not want stored. A manual process is currently used for access, correction and deletion requests: contact hello@dystinction.in. We verify ownership before releasing or deleting records. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution and applicable obligations. Live payments are enabled only after checkout setup is complete.
